Cancellation must be requested by the last day of the month. Cancellations take effect at close of business at the end of the calendar month and cannot be prorated. Billing continues monthly until written request to cancel is received. Monthly dues payments appear on your account as ‘Movement,’ ‘Movement,’ or ‘Movement/MVMT’ depending on location and time of membership set-up, as well as billing type. On Account purchases charged to account at the front desk bill on the 1st, along with membership dues, or the 15th – whichever comes first. As of the 1st, billing has already processed, and changes cannot be made to the current month. All account changes (i.e., freezing, cancelling, etc) must be submitted by the last day of the month, before auto-billing on the 1st. The charge hits your account within 1-5 business days of the 1st of the month. Monthly membership fees are auto-charged on the 1st of each calendar month. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
